Glance at the day
See Nutrition, Calories, Protein, Exercise, To-do and Sleep gauges, with Weight available as a Chick metric. The Watch uses the same Chick targets and daily data rather than inventing a second set of rules.
Chick is not only something you open when you have time to sit with your phone. Apple Watch, widgets and Apple Health help the same daily system stay visible and easier to keep current while life is happening.
The goal is less friction: glance at the signal, open the right Chick action, and let the Health data you choose to share reduce repeated entry.

Apple Watch keeps Chick useful in short moments. See the core gauges, open detail when you need it, and handle practical actions without turning the Watch into a miniature version of every iPhone screen.

Use voice or text for food and exercise. Food can show Chick’s AI preview before confirmation, while exercise can use Chick’s estimation flow or a live Watch workout where supported.
Review and manage today’s tasks, open the saved grocery checklist, log weight, add a sleep check-in, and keep recent daily information close from the Watch.
Food, workouts, tasks and grocery happen while you are moving. The Watch experience is designed around those short interactions: say what you ate, start a workout, tick a grocery item, complete a task, or save a weigh-in without leaving the moment for a long app session.
Changes confirmed on Watch refresh the same Chick account so the iPhone and supported web experience stay connected.

Choose the Chick metric that matters most in the moment: Nutrition, Calories, Protein, Exercise, To-do, Sleep or Weight. The complication keeps that value or gauge on the watch face in the supported watch-face layouts.
You can also choose what a tap does: open the shown Chick item, Log Food, or Log Weight.
Choose a single Chick gauge or a larger dashboard with multiple gauges. Widgets can show Nutrition, Calories, Protein, Exercise, To-do, Sleep or Weight and can be configured around what you want a tap to open.
The small widget is useful when one signal matters. The larger dashboard keeps more of the Chick day visible without opening the full app first.

Chick can connect to Apple Health for activity, workouts and sleep. That helps the Exercise and Sleep parts of Chick stay more current while keeping the information connected to calories, food, targets, planning and progress.
Apple Health active-energy information can help Chick account for an active day even when there was no named workout. Steps and distance can remain useful context without being turned into invented calories.
Apple Health workouts can remain visible as workout detail while Chick avoids counting the same Apple activity twice in the daily exercise total.
When sleep data is shared, Chick can keep sleep hours current without inventing a subjective quality score. Your own sleep check-in context can remain yours to add.
Chick keeps the full system on iPhone and supported web features while using Apple Watch and widgets for the moments where a glance or quick action is more useful.
Gauges, short food or exercise capture, live workouts, today’s tasks, grocery check-off, weight and sleep check-ins.
One or several daily gauges that you want visible without opening the full product first.
Long-form planning, detailed reports, food photo guidancening with the camera, account setup and other flows that need more space or attention.
Use the full Chick experience when you want depth. Use Apple Watch, widgets and Apple Health when you want the important signal to stay closer to real life.
